# Charging

This section provides information on how to charge the battery as well as safety precautions before and during a charge cycle.

**How to charge** 

Connect the battery to an appropriate 6S lithium battery charger and follow the charger manufacturer’s instructions. Be sure to follow the battery’s voltage and current limits.

**Charging Safety**

* Never leave the battery unattended while charging.
* Do not charge the battery when it is outside the safe charging temperature range.
* Do not charge the battery with current above the maximum charging current.
* Do not overcharge any cell past the maximum cell voltage.
