# Creating Jobs

To create jobs you start by going to the top right and clicking on the blue and white "+" button. Upon doing so you will get a popup for creating a single job on the schedule.

Here it becomes easy of just filling in your required information.

* The name of the job that you want displayed on the calendar view
* The start time of the job (it can't be set in the past)
* The end time of the job. If you put nothing in this space then the end time will be EOD for the day you created the start time.
* Who the pilot is which can be selected from the drop down menu.
* A brief description of the job
* Location or address for the job, this can be accessed by anyone with the calendar view to be used to find the location for the job. This can also hold a link so you can link to messaging apps or pinned locations as well.
* Notes or additional details for the job
* Any attachments you would want. Be it a KML, KMZ, PDF, JPG, or PNG. So long as the file is under 20 MB you can add it.
* Pick your airframe and the amount of that airframe.
 * The Battery Asset Tracker will automatically reserve batteries for the airframe, so if you try and select a specific airframe but don't have enough batteries for this job at this time then it will disallow you from being able to use that airframe or amount of airframes if there are multiple.
* Any additional batteries if required or needed.
* Participants are just for people who are not the RPIC for a flight but will be accompanying the RPIC for the job.

Once you have the relevant information filled in you can then click "ADD" and that job will be added to the calendar.
