# Signing Up New Users

Signing up new users are easy and simple with minimal effort from both the admin side and the new user's side. 

* To sign up a new user you start by going to your Organization settings and on the left menu find “Manage Users” and go there. On this page in the top right click the green “Add User” button. 
* The menu popup will show the option to input a new user email and a role. Currently the only options are Admin or “DefaultNoAccess” which is just a regular user in the organization with limited access to changing or updating fields.
* Once added the user will receive an email from an “@botlink.net” account. Be sure to check spam/junk incase it does not land in your regular inbox folder!
* The user then just needs to accept the link and complete the sign up with creating their own password and they will have full access to the site.
